About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Fundraising Campaign Assistants to join our team for Qurbani appeal. You will play a vital role in supporting our efforts to raise critical funds that will help those in need around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls: You will answer phones promptly and courteously, handling inquiries about Islamic Aid campaigns and taking donations over the phone.
• Process postal and online donations: You will efficiently process donations received through the mail and online platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and timely acknowledgements.
• Respond to email inquiries: You will provide prompt and informative responses to email queries related to Ramadan donations and Islamic Aid work.
• Reporting on campaigns: Assist in reporting on campaign performance and insights.
• Promote a positive image: You will be a friendly and professional representative of Islamic Aid, leaving a lasting impression on donors and fostering goodwill.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service experience (phone and email).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer applications.
• A passion for Islamic Aid’s mission and a desire to make a difference.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Availability to work six days a week.
