As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Quotations Assistant to work within our in house Sales and support Teams.

Role Overview:

As a Quotations Assistant, you will handle customer queries at our trade counter, on the telephone and via email and produce quotations using Window Designer and PST software to generate a design and price. You must provide excellent customer service and aim to resolve all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quotations: Provide new quotations to customers using design software, predominantly for our DIY Conservatories division.
• Customer Support: Resolve customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Remake processing: Process order remakes to the factory and ensure accuracy.
• Sales Administration: Assist our Trade Sales and DIY Conservatories division by supporting the sales team with administration and communication.
• Reporting: Update and distribute relevant Reports and Logs.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a friendly, honest and self-motivated customer service orientated professional who is reliable, an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to multi-task and resolve problems.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Previous experience in Customer Service – Ideally within Trade
• Quoting experience – Experience with Window Designer and PST are advantageous.
• Sales knowledge
• Strong social and communication skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Highly proficient with IT (MS Office, Software etc)

Desirable:

• Industry knowledge – Direct or transferable
• Design Software – Experience with Window Designer and PST are advantageous.
