Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Qualified Audit Senior Manager, based in Portsmouth with an option for flexible work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and overseeing financial audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves reviewing financial statements, analyzing key financial data, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to improve processes and contribute to the strategic development of audit services.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Audits and preparation of accurate Financial Statements
• Proficient in Finance and Accounting principles, with a deep understanding of industry standards
• Robust Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA) required
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and team collaboration
• Experienced in leading and mentoring teams
• Knowledge of current accounting and auditing software
• Familiarity with regulatory changes in the financial and audit sector is an advantage
