Company Description HRH International Exports Ltd has supplied British grocery and confectionery products worldwide since 1987. The company operates across export, UK retail and wholesale, labelling, and warehousing, serving customers from small retailers to large wholesale distributors. The business specializes in efficiently loading 20- and 40-foot containers, maximizing space to reduce costs. HRH also takes care to assemble, wrap, and stack pallets securely to minimize damage in transit and uphold product quality.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Coordinator role based in Burscough. The Purchasing Coordinator will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including raising and tracking purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, analyzing purchasing data, and supporting demand planning to ensure product availability for export, retail, and wholesale operations. The role involves liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines, and resolve delivery or quality issues. The Purchasing Coordinator will also collaborate closely with warehousing, logistics, and sales teams to align purchasing activities with customer orders and container loading schedules, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to company procedures.
