At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team of passionate food and wine lovers!

About the role:

• Place orders with EU suppliers.
• Ensure accuracy of order details (vendors, quantities, prices).
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Ensure suppliers deliver goods on time to transport companies for UK shipment.
• Communicate with brokers and hauliers regarding shipments.
• Verify documentation for customs declarations.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams.
• Manage Data Stock.
• Perform numerical analysis to ensure continuous product availability.
• Enter and maintain accurate order data in internal databases.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Manage Internal Communication.

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive approach to identifying and suggesting process improvements.
• Reliable, responsible, and well-organized.
• Positive “can-do” attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• No previous experience needed.
• Languages: English and Italian.
