1.Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
2.Strong organizational and documentation skills
3.Basic knowledge of computer applications, databases, and office productivity tools (Google Workspace)
4.Comfortable handling data entry, reporting, and record management
5.Good written and verbal communication skills
6.Willingness to learn internal systems, customer processes, and administrative workflows
7.Interest in eLearning platforms or digital systems is an advantage
8.Able to start IMMEDIATELY
