The ideal candidate combines expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing, and will partner closely with growth, product, data, and editorial teams to scale audience acquisition and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect Lifecycle Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies focused on anonymous → known → pre-subscriber → subscriber conversionDesign and optimize lead capture and email nurture journeys to acquire and convert prospects into engaged, known users and then paying subscribersBuild scalable programmes that increase registration rates / email captureDefine and manage lifecycle stage triggers, and progression frameworks Testing & OptimizationSuggest A/B testing across email journeys, lead capture strategies, and nurture to convert programmesAnalyse performance across acquisition and nurture stages to improve conversion to registration and subscriptionTranslate insights into scalable improvements across lifecycle programmesAnalytics & ReportingDefine and monitor key metrics across the prospect funnel (Sends, opens, traffic, CTR, registration, engagement, conversion)Partner with data teams to build reporting frameworks that measure email-driven acquisition and lifecycle impactUse data insights to inform targeting, messaging, and growth strategyCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with growth marketing, product, data science, and creative teams to deliver integrated acquisition and nurture strategiesAlign lifecycle campaigns with broader audience growth and subscription initiativesCoordinate campaign planning across email, content, and acquisition channelsRequirementsExperience4+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on campaign building and lifecycle automationProven experience in email-led acquisition, lead generation, and prospect nurture programmesTrack record of delivering campaigns that drive conversions or revenue growthSkillsStrong understanding of prospect lifecycle marketing and CRM/email automationHands-in expertise in SMFC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and HTML/CSS for emailExpertise in lead capture strategies, behavioural segmentation, and nurture journeysStrong analytical mindset with ability to optimise across funnel stagesAbility to translate data into actionable growth strategiesWeb analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)CRM and audience segmentation platformsWorking ArrangementsThe majority of our roles operate on a hybrid working pattern, with 3+ days office attendance required.AI usage for your applicationWe are an innovative organisation that encourages the use of technology.
