Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London for a Property Services Technician, to deliver discreet, reliable, and well‑presented maintenance tasks.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in neat workmanship, clear communication, and maintaining the standards expected in high‑value homes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, conducting troubleshooting to diagnose property issues, and delivering high-quality field services across a variety of property systems. Interacting professionally with clients and maintaining excellent customer service standards is a key part of the role.

Technicians will be expected to ensure all work adheres to compliance and safety standards while providing an exceptional level of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for property systems and infrastructure
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and operational issues
• Experience in Field Service and the ability to work effectively across diverse property environments
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and client relationship management
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in property maintenance
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in premium property maintenance and or hospitality engineering is advantageous
