About The Role

We’re looking for a Project Support Co-ordinator to play a key role in supporting advanced projects across your region. You’ll manage administrative processes related to labour, equipment, documentation, and project milestones, while working on multiple projects at once. Your focus will be on prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking daily progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Chairing internal project meetings and distribution of minutes inclusive of actions, decisions, and outcomes to all attendees.
• Ensuring that all meeting actions are followed up and completed before the project commencement date.
• Ensure that all project processes are followed and that full audit trails are maintained and evidenced where required.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, managing the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, proactively escalating risks to management.
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure prompt applications for payment are submitted and ensure that any early warning notifications are raised in a timely manner.

Qualification & Experience

• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear, detailed information and advice to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels .
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy.
• Comfortable travelling across the UK; full UK driving licence required.
• Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and proactive, forward-thinking approach.
