Job Title: Project Coordinator – International RecruitmentLocation: Twickenham – Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in officeHourly rate £20.76 PAYE / £27.07 UMB Per HourContract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 36 hoursASAP StartAbout The RoleWe are looking for an organised and proactive International Recruitment Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the South West London International Recruitment Programme, funded by the Department of Health and Social Care.This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting displaced international social care workers into new roles across South West London and beyond. Working closely with the International Recruitment Lead, you will help coordinate projects, engage employers, support candidates, and ensure effective programme delivery.About UsThe South London Partnership (SLP) is a collaborative partnership of five London boroughs-Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Merton, Richmond upon Thames and Sutton-working together to improve outcomes for residents across health and social care, skills, the economy, and transport.SLP is hosted by Richmond Council, and this role is employed through the Richmond and Wandsworth Shared Staffing Arrangement. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team working closely with councils, employers, training providers, and regional partners.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and provide project support for the international recruitment programmeBuild and manage relationships with social care employers to source job vacanciesSupport the matching of candidates to suitable roles, offering impartial advice and guidanceMaintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers, reports, and data analysisProduce high-quality reports and datasets to support programme monitoring and evaluationFacilitate key meetings, including preparing papers, taking minutes, and tracking actionsAct as a central point of contact for employers, candidates, training providers, and local authoritiesSupport procurement activity and the organisation of training and programme resourcesLead on small projects to deliver specific elements of the programmeWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll be an enthusiastic and capable project support professional who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders and can manage multiple priorities.You Will HaveExperience working in a project management or project support environmentProven experience in employer engagement, recruitment, or business developmentAn understanding of adult social care, local labour markets, and employment barriersStrong organisational skills and the ability to work proactively on your own initiativeExperience producing reports, analysing data, and maintaining project documentationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelDesirableA recognised project management qualificationAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
