The Role

We are looking for a Project Administrator to support the delivery of high-end projects by providing efficient administrative and coordination support to the project and site teams.

This is a hands-on, site-connected role, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of project reports, trackers, and documentation
• Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Assist with invoice tracking and coordination with finance
• Maintain organised project records and ensure documentation is up to date
• Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and site teams
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for administrative matters
• Support day-to-day site operations (meetings, logistics, documentation)
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a project administration / construction / fit-out environment is preferred
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident using Excel and general office systems
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working both on site and in an office environment

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
