This includes new hire integration, career development, culture and engagement, performance management, promotions and compensation, in addition to supporting Managers and partnering with them on Human Resources (HR) / Early Career processes. Programme Management is part of the overall Early Career Team, and also partners closely with Campus Recruitment, Early Career Learning, and the HR organisation for the business that program participants support.What You’ll DoLead Program Management for Analysts and Associates in Corporate Banking UK, Europe and Middle East Africa (MEA)Create strategy and lead execution of HR processes (performance, compensation, promotions, mobility)Build and maintain relationships with Regional Heads, Group Heads & Business Execution LeadsManage the Staffer cohort (run meetings, send updates, plan onboarding and development sessions)Headcount planning in partnership with HR and Chief Administration Office (CAO) teamRun quarterly Business Execution Lead meetingsPresent to Analysts and Associates in Corporate BankingConnect with all Program Managers leading Councils & engagement across Banking businessesSupport Early Career Learning partners with new training strategyPartner with Learning & Development Team for ongoing training/developmentPartner with Talent team on programming and talent developmentWhat We’ll Need From YouExperience and expertise in supporting organisational programs and project managementExperience on buy side within a financial services organization is preferredProven track record of effectively partnering with leaders at all levels as a strategic partnerAbility to align various stakeholders toward a common vision and goalStrong relationship management skills in a matrix environmentStrong organisational and detail-oriented skillsStrong analytical skills and competency for excel and PowerPointAbility and experience working in a fast paced, high-pressure environmentAbility to multi-task on a consistent basisStrong problem solving capabilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills including solid presentation skillsExperience in pivoting and adapting to business needs and changing landscape to remain competitiveWhat we can offer you:We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
