We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production professional to join our manufacturing team. The role involves supporting various stages of the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with assembly processes, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production cycle to identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies.
• Support process improvement activities by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
• Utilise ERP systems such as SAP to document production data, track inventory levels, and manage workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste.

Skills

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for managing supply chain data and production workflows.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and how they relate to manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in quality control procedures to ensure product standards are consistently met.
• Assembly skills with attention to detail for precise component fitting and finishing.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures within a fast-paced environment.
