Product Development Assistant – Maternity Role

Join our team supporting the end-to-end product development process across UK & Global markets. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, ensuring accuracy across systems, samples, and supplier communications.
We are looking for someone for a minimum of 3 days a week with hybrid working flexibility.
Key responsibilities:
• Create and manage product codes, barcodes, and costing data across internal systems
• Upload and maintain product information in company systems
• Prepare and update sales material for sales team
• Copy check artwork and pre-production samples ahead of print
• Support PO creation and supplier coordination
• Review factory inspection reports and packaging/carton details
• Manage sample logistics, tracking shipments and maintaining records
• Coordinate retailer-specific requirements (labelling, forms, approvals)
• Maintain supplier databases and packaging/waste data
• Provide general admin support across the product team
