Procurement Administrator Full Time

Location: Cardiff
Contract: Full-time, 3-month contract
Salary: Up to £32k PA, pro rata

We are seeking a Support Officer to provide effective buying and administrative support across the business. This role is ideal for someone with procurement experience who is organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices in line with procedures
• Resolve invoice queries and follow up outstanding goods and approvals
• Monitor workflows, inboxes, and requisitions to ensure timely progress
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support compliance requirements
• Act as a first point of contact for procurement queries and system support

Skills & Experience:

• Experience and understanding of procurement processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good numerical and written skills with attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Organised, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities
• Customer-focused, approachable, and supportive
• Good awareness of data protection and confidentiality
