Investment Associate – Healthcare Private EquityA leading private equity fund focused exclusively on the healthcare sector is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join its growing team.The firm invests across a broad range of healthcare subsectors, partnering with management teams to build high-quality, scalable businesses. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with strong deal flow and significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesWork as a key member of the investment team, supporting senior professionals across the end-to-end deal processSource, screen, and evaluate new investment opportunities across the healthcare landscapeConduct detailed financial analysis, modelling, and commercial assessmentParticipate in due diligence processes, including coordination with external advisorsSupport the execution of transactions from initial review through to completionContribute to portfolio management, including performance monitoring and strategic initiativesBuild relationships with management teams, intermediaries, and industry stakeholdersThe role is designed to provide balanced exposure, with responsibilities split across sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio management.Requirements1–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or growth equityPrior experience or strong exposure to the healthcare sectorStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated commercial judgement and curiosityEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting attitudeAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environmentOutstanding academic record from a leading universityIdeally holds a degree in medicine, life sciences, or a related scientific disciplineIf you do not receive a response within 10 days, please assume your application has not been successful.Please follow the Asset Partners company page for other up-to-date job opportunities if this role does not match your skillset.
