Anne Francis Preparatory School is an independent pre-preparatory school offering a modern,

We are seeking dedicated, reflective Teachers to join our founding team and contribute to the

development of a warm, ambitious, and scholarly learning environment for children aged 3–7.

The Role

Teachers at Anne Francis Preparatory School will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the school’s educational vision
• Create a calm, purposeful, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development
• Foster curiosity, language, confidence, and independence in young learners
• Assess and monitor children’s progress thoughtfully and accurately
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure curriculum coherence and continuity
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and professionalism

In addition to general class teachers, we are also seeking suitably qualified specialist teachers to lead

subject areas such as Art, English, Science, Physical Education, and Classical Languages. Specialist

teachers will bring depth of subject knowledge while working collaboratively within our integrated,

whole-school curriculum.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
• A secure understanding of child development and effective teaching practice
• Master’s degree (MA or equivalent) in education, a subject discipline, or a related field
• Experience teaching in early years or lower preparatory settings
• Experience or interest in independent or preparatory education
