Role: Powder Coater Start Date: Immediate Location: Haverhill Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00 Friday: 07:30 – 14:00 Pay: -14 – -16 p/hour Contract: Temporary to permanent, subject to a successful 3-month probation periodA local manufacturer in Haverhill is seeking a motivated Powder Coating Operative to join their team. This hands-on role involves working on a variety of high-quality projects within a supportive, fast-paced production environment. With an immediate start, candidates ready to get stuck in and make a real impact are encouraged to apply.Key Duties:Prepare and clean surfaces prior to coatingMask areas not to be coatedOperate powder coating spray guns or electrostatic equipmentApply powder coatings evenly and consistentlyCure coated items in ovens at the correct temperatureInspect finished products for quality and defectsMaintain equipment, clean work areas, and follow health & safety proceduresRecord production data and job specificationsSkills & Requirements:Previous experience in powder coating or paint preparation is essentialPhysically fit and happy to work in a hands-on, demanding rolePositive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work well in a teamGood hygiene practices and attention to detailOvertime & Benefits:Overtime paid at 1.5- after 42 hoursPension contributionsUp-to-date equipment and PPEExposure to a massive variety of productsIf this role sounds suitable and you”d like more information, please contact Brendan @ Prime Appointments.
