Job Title: Post Office Operator

Job Type: Temporary ongoing, Part-Time

Salary: £12.71  per hour

Working Hours:

• 2 days per week, 8 hours per day with a 30-minute break.
• Weekends Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Specific shifts to be agreed upon in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and sort mail items, including parcels weighing between 0-30 kg.
• Handle transactions using a cash register, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Provide customers with information regarding postal services, shipping options, and applicable tariffs.
• The company’s internal system for processing requests.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, employing mechanical lifting aids as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in Ukrainian; English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of logistics principles.
• Previous experience operating a cash register is advantageous.
