Our Client , We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Post Office Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with mailing services, package handling, postal transactions, and general inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate processing of postal operations.

Duties: Potentional candidate will carryout the following Duties

• Assist customers with mailing letters, parcels, and registered mail.
• Process postage sales and postal transactions accurately.
• Weigh, label, and prepare packages for shipment.
• Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
• Provide information on postal products, services, and delivery options.
• Sort incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
• Track and locate packages using postal systems.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with postal regulations and company policies.
• Keep the work area organized, clean, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Shipping operations and inventory management systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
