Are you ready to bring the WOW factor to thousands of guests every day? At P&O Cruises, we’re looking for vibrant, confident, and passionate Entertainment Hosts to light up the stage and create unforgettable holiday moments at sea!

As an Entertainment Host, you’ll be the heartbeat of our onboard experience – delivering a dynamic mix of entertainment and leisure activities from sunrise to sunset. Think quizzes, bingo, karaoke, cabaret, live music, sporting events, and deck parties – and YOU are the star that makes it all happen!

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year experience of entertainment hosting, in a high-profile setting (Cruise, Holiday Resorts, Summer Camps, Entertainment & Hospitality Events)
• Excellent microphone skills, control and tone.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating magical moments.
• Confidence, charisma, and the ability to adapt to any audience.

We will be running a casting day on May 13th in Southampton. The casting day will be onboard Aurora – providing applicants an insight to life onboard. Alternative arrangements will be made directly with shortlisted candidates based outside of the UK.

• Upon successful completion of the online screening, shortlisted applicants will be invited to our casting day.

Life onboard is an adventure! You’ll work 10 hours a day, 7 days a week for 4–6 months, split across morning, afternoon, and evening activities. It’s intense, it’s exciting, and it’s absolutely rewarding.
