This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling inventory operations in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, availability, and visibility, while improving how inventory is managed through better processes and automation.You’ll work at the centre of operations, connecting pharmacy, warehouse, and supply chain to keep everything running smoothly.What will you be doing?Own end-to-end pharmacy inventory management (warehouse managed separately)Manage day-to-day inventory operations including ordering, tracking, and stock countingMaintain accurate, real-time inventory records across systemsPlan and coordinate movement of stock between pharmacy and warehouseWork closely with dispensers and picking teams to ensure smooth handover of inventoryBuild and maintain reporting to improve tracking, visibility, and decision-makingOrganise and optimise inventory flow to support a scaling operationSupport inventory planning to ensure stock availability aligns with demandIdentify and implement automation opportunities within our in-house inventory systemContribute to operational structure, including rostering and workflow coordinationWhat do you need?Experience managing inventory in a large-scale or fast-paced environment (healthcare, pharmacy, logistics, or similar)Ability to be hands on and conscious of process controlStrong operational mindset with high attention to detail and accuracyExperience using inventory management systems, reporting tools and manual spreadsheetsAbility to work cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, and clinical teamsComfortable working in a regulated healthcare environmentAbility to work in the office Monday to Friday with a few Saturday / Sundays in a monthFlexible to work different shift patternsNice to have:Experience introducing automation or system improvementsTeam lead or management experience (or potential to step into a leadership role)Experience with rostering or workforce planningWhat we offer:Generous Leave: 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year two) + 8 bank holidaysPension Matching: Up to 5% employer matching contributionsFlexibility and Wellness: Work-from-home options, cycle-to-work scheme, and moreGrowth Opportunities: Collaborate across teams and represent Montu at events, with support to grow your skills and impactEnhanced Maternity & Paternity LeaveAbout UsMontu UK is a leading digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.
