Do you have experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Do you want to be part of a strong, friendly, supportive team?
Then this might be the role for you!
The Pharmacy department is looking for experienced administrators to offer support to the department with eRoster, eSR and general computerised system administration activities.
Do you want to make a difference?
Then our department is right for you
Here in our department; we are ALL one team, here for our patients. EVERYBODY on this team knows something that somebody else may not and so we are ALL each other’s safety net. We choose to VALUE and RESPECT each other so that we create the best possible environment for excellence.
We believe in making a difference for our patients.
Due to investment and the development of new roles, there are several new opportunities available within our department.
This is an exciting time that will lead to much improvement for our patient’s care – if you want to make a difference; NOW is the time to join The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) Pharmacy.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative function relating to the eRoster and eSR systems.
You may also be asked to support the wider team with admin duties e.g. updating meeting documents and taking minutes. You will be supported to learn how the Trust eRostering systems work so although beneficial, no prior experience is required.
What can SaTH Pharmacy offer you?
Patient focused service
Supportive and friendly team
Opportunities for personal development
A department open to new ways of working
Working for our organisation
Our Poppy’s Promise Commitment
We believe that compassionate care sits at the heart of everything we do. Every member of our team — clinical or non-clinical — plays a vital role in ensuring that patients, families, and colleagues are treated with dignity, empathy, and respect at all times.
We expect all staff to demonstrate compassion not only through their words, but through their actions: by listening attentively, communicating clearly and kindly, and recognising individual needs, feelings, and circumstances of those in our care.
Effective communication is central to safe and high-quality healthcare. We value colleagues who take the time to understand others, explain information in a meaningful way, and respond to concerns with patience and understanding.
By joining our team, you are committing to uphold these values — ensuring that every patient feels heard, respected, and valued, and that compassion is embedded in every interaction, every day.
