🌱 Support Workers – Mental Health & Challenging Behaviours (Adults) 📍 Wellingborough, Northamptonshire 💷 £14.50 per hour (Days) | £15.25 per hour (Nights) 📝 Substantive roles – Full-time & Part-time consideredWe are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a supported living service in Wellingborough, supporting adults with mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.This is a supported living service with a lighter level of support compared to complex or high-acuity settings, with a strong focus on promoting independence, stability, and positive outcomes.🕒 Shifts AvailableMonday to SundayDays: 08:00 – 20:00Nights: 20:00 – 08:00Minimum commitment: 2 shifts per week✅ Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting individuals with daily living tasksMedication prompting and administration (where trained)Assisting with personal care, showers, and meal preparationCompleting household tasks such as cleaning and tidyingEncouraging independence and maintaining a safe, positive environment✅ What We’re Looking ForExperience supporting adults with mental health needs and/or challenging behavioursA calm, empathetic, and reliable approachAbility to work days, nights, or a combinationRight to work in the UK📅 Start dates available from June
