Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their shopping requirements and preferences.
• Curate personalised product selections based on client specifications and current trends.
• Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions by providing expert advice.
• Manage shopping lists, organise purchases efficiently, and ensure timely delivery or collection.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product availability, store layouts, and new arrivals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and loyalty.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
• Handle customer queries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of current fashion, lifestyle, or retail trends is desirable.

• Proficiency in using digital tools or apps related to shopping or client management is advantageous.

Pay: £24,420.00-£54,681.16 per year
