The role
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be a key member of the Executive Suite team, providing high‑quality, trusted support to senior leaders on the Devonport Royal Dockyard Limited site. This is far more than a traditional administrative role.
You’ll work in a fast paced, confidential environment, helping Directors operate effectively and enabling sound decision making at the highest level.
Day-to-day, you’ll manage complex priorities, build strong relationships across the business, and act as a professional interface with internal and external stakeholders. It’s a challenging, rewarding opportunity that will sharpen your organisational, communication and leadership skills, while opening doors to long‑term career development within a global engineering organisation.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
