Personal Assistant to Director Full Time

Company Description

BCL Timber Projects Limited is a UK-based specialist contractor that designs, manufactures and installs high-quality timber panel systems for commercial construction projects, including acoustic walls, ceilings and external cladding.

Key Skills to include:

• Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator (ideally within construction, engineering or SME environment)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
• Good organisational, time and project management skills
• Able to work effectively as an individual

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with preparation of financial reports and management accounts
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and documentation
• Support invoice processing, expense tracking and supplier coordination where required
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. procurement, design, operations)
• Track deadlines and ensure key finance and project milestones are met
• Assist with audits and compliance documentation
• Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions
• Support wider office administration when needed in a small team environment
