Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Perfume & Home Fragrance NPD (New Product Development) Assistant role based in Greater London. The role involves supporting the end-to-end development of new perfumes and home fragrance products, from concept through to launch. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating fragrance briefs, collecting and organizing samples, maintaining formula and ingredient records, and assisting with product testing, evaluation, and documentation. The NPD Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, track project timelines, and help prepare presentations and reports for product reviews. The role also includes supporting quality checks, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations, and contributing creative input to fragrance concepts, packaging ideas, and product storytelling.
Qualifications

• Strong interest in fragrance, cosmetics, or home products, with an understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer trends.
• Experience or education in product development, cosmetic science, chemistry, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Solid attention to detail, including accuracy in documentation, sample labeling, and data entry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with product databases or project management tools.
• Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, or FMCG NPD or product coordination is an advantage.
