We are looking for a motivated People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our HR team in London. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle such as on-boarding, off-boarding, leave of absence and WorkDay updates in a complex, international organisation. You will be the first line of support from an HR perspective across our UK, European and APAC offices.This position is ideal if you have already built a solid foundation in HR operations and are now ready to take ownership, deepen your expertise and continue developing in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem solver who effectively manages relationships.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and support daily operational people processes across the employee lifecycleAct as a key point of contact for employee support and operational HR queriesHandle HR administration from hire to exit, including contracts, certificates and personnel-related documentationMaintain and update the HRIS (Workday) to ensure payroll input, reporting and data accuracyCoordinate document workflows and maintain complete and up-to-date digital personnel filesSupport and coordinate HR projects, including process improvements and system-related initiativesWork closely with stakeholders across the wider HR team including Business Partnering, Talent, Reward and Payroll. Alongside other internal functions across the international organisation including Compliance and Health and Safety.What We Look For1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or a similar HR roleMotivation to work and grow in a dynamic, international environment with complex structures and processesStructured, high attention to detail with a reliable working style high level of discretionProactive and pragmatic mindset with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility for continuous improvement.
