The People & Development Administrator Apprentice will support the delivery of HR, Training and Payroll services across ACT, helping to ensure colleagues receive an efficient and professional service. Working closely with the People & Development team, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of people processes while studying towards the Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
Working with respect, openness and integrity, you will build positive relationships across the organisation while handling confidential information accurately and professionally. You will develop skills in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training administration and payroll support, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Based at ACT’s Head Office in Cardiff and reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in HR. The successful candidate will be encouraged to demonstrate innovation and creativity, communicate with clarity, and consistently model ACT’s Behaviour Framework in all aspects of their work.

Experience
No previous Human Resources experience is required. We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills gained through education, work experience, volunteering or other activities.
Qualifications & Knowledge
An interest in developing a career in Human Resources and People Development.
GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
