Castlebridge Hospitality is a privately owned hotel group with more than 30 years of experience in developing, owning, and operating both internationally branded and independent hotels across the UK and Europe. We manage every stage of the hotel lifecycle — from design and construction through to opening, operations, and long‑term performance.
As a full‑service management company, we deliver comprehensive operational solutions that include robust systems, strong financial controls, and hands‑on leadership. Our focus is on creating exceptional guest experiences while maximising long‑term returns for our owners.
Our growing portfolio includes four IHG Hotel Indigo properties — Bath, Chester, Stratford‑upon‑Avon, and our newest addition, Coventry — alongside the voco Winchester Hotel and Spa and the Courtyard by Marriott Keele. With a diverse collection of high‑performing hotels and an ambitious growth strategy, this is an exciting time to join Castlebridge Hospitality.
The Role:
As the People Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality administrative support across every stage of the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and contractual changes to offboarding and data management, you’ll ensure that all employee information is accurately recorded, securely maintained, and processed in a timely manner. Your work will underpin smooth, reliable HR operations and contribute directly to a positive experience for both employees and managers.
In this role, you’ll act as a central point of coordination for day‑to‑day HR processes across multiple sites, supporting the People Team with documentation, reporting, and compliance activities. You’ll help maintain the integrity of HR systems, ensure adherence to company policies, and uphold employment legislation requirements. By keeping workflows organised and resolving queries with professionalism and care, you’ll help create a consistent, supportive, and efficient People function that enables the wider organisation to thrive.
The Ideal Candidate:
This is a multi-site, part home-working, part-site based role so you’ll need to be flexible to travel. You’ll be organised, detail‑focused and discreet, with strong communication skills and a calm, approachable manner. You’ll need to be proactive, be able to juggle tasks confidently and be committed to providing helpful, reliable support to employees and managers.
All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
