Administrative cover to provide telephone , computer support, filing and co-ordination for the Gelligaer district nursing team.

Main duties of the job

Administrative support for Gelligaer district nursing team nursing team.

• Answering phone.
• coordinating updates on scheduling system.
• Significant telephone work requiring patient contact.
• Computer work to support manager with scheduling system.
• taking minutes of meetings
• Filing patient notes / referrals
• Sharepoint / spreadsheets

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
