Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives?
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Pastoral Leader, working alongside our Senior Leadership Team and Head of Year to ensure every student feels supported, included, and able to thrive. In this role, you will play a key part in improving student attendance and engagement, providing targeted support for individuals, and building positive relationships that foster a strong sense of belonging and community. You will work closely with families, external agencies, and staff to ensure students receive the right academic, emotional, and social support to succeed.
As a role model, you will set high expectations while championing equality and inclusion, ensuring all students feel valued and empowered. From break and lunchtime supervision to administration and liaison with external agencies, you will help create a safe and supportive school environment where every child can flourish. The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.
The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year.
This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
