Bigmoto are seeking passionate and driven motorcycle parts/service advisor to join our growing team.
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for purchasing all in house parts for bikes, building strong customer/trade relationships, and ensuring every required piece of stock needed is on site.
Key Responsibilities
· Ordering parts across a wide range of motorcycle manufacturers
· Managing and maintaining accurate stock levels
· Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally
· Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
· Maintaining accurate system records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in a parts, service, or automotive/motorcycle environment (preferred)
· Strong organisational and administrative skills
· Confident communication and customer service ability
· Ability to work under pressure in a busy dealership environment
· Good IT skills and attention to detail
· A proactive and problem-solving attitude
· Motorcycle license is advantageous
