Parts Administrator Full Time

Location: Witham, CM8 3TH

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: Between £34,000 – £36,000 pa DOE

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Parts Administrator to join a busy aftermarket team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring the right parts are ordered, processed, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Do

• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Support engineers, depots, and customers with parts requirements
• Manage stock control across vans, workshops, and contracts
• Assist with parts identification, returns, and warranty claims
• Provide excellent customer service across phone and email
• Help maximise parts availability and first-time fix rates
• Support day-to-day operations within the parts team
