You’ll take full ownership of paid digital campaigns, managing performance across search, display and paid social, with a clear focus on lead quality, cost efficiency and scalable growth. This isn’t a role where strategy lives in slides and execution sits elsewhere, you’ll do both.What will you be working on? Ask yourself: Are you confident building and optimising structured paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, Bing and social platforms?Do you enjoy being accountable for CPA, CPL and lead quality, not just clicks?Are you comfortable monitoring performance daily and reallocating spend based on what’s actually delivering commercial value?Do you like scaling what works, while knowing when to pull back to avoid fatigue and wasted spend?Are you naturally analytical when reviewing regional or location‑based performance?Do you enjoy testing audiences, creative, bids, landing pages & clearly proving what’s driving results?
