Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. In this full-time role, you will generate and qualify leads, make outbound sales calls, and build strong relationships with prospective clients. You will educate businesses about our financial services, identify their needs, and provide solutions to help them secure tailored financing. You will manage a sales pipeline, meet performance targets, and contribute to the business’s growth through effective customer service and sales strategies. This is an on-site role that offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a supportive and professional team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline
• Customer relationship management and client engagement capabilities
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
• Basic understanding of financial products such as loans and financing solutions
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
• Prior experience in sales, finance, or business development is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills

Key Factors:

• £25,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum depending on experience
• Additional Commission Pay (OTE Year 1 of £50K, Year 2 £80K Year 3 £100K +)
