Working days: Tuesday – SaturdayWorking hours: 7:30am – 3:30pmWe’re looking for a confident and commercially aware Operations Support Analyst to join our growing Operations Support team. In this role, you’ll go beyond reporting – diving deep into large data sets across our logistics network to identify trends, investigate issues, and uncover opportunities for improvement. You’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and present your findings to senior stakeholders and development teams to help shape operational enhancements and future solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in logistics operations analysis who thrives on problem-solving, data storytelling, and driving real business impact. What you’ll be doing:Analyse large, complex data sets to identify trends, performance issues, and operational risks across the networkInvestigate variances, root causes, and emerging patterns to support data-driven decision makingProduce accurate and insightful daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior stakeholdersBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide clear, real-time visibility of operational performancePresent findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teamsWork closely with IT and development teams to shape and enhance reporting tools and future data solutionsSupport forecasting and volume analysis, comparing planned vs actual performance and highlighting risksCollaborate with operational teams to provide insight, context, and practical recommendationsContribute to network planning, route reviews, and peak planning through detailed analysisSupport continuous improvement initiatives by turning insight into actionable change What you’ll bring to this role:Proven experience as an Operations Analyst within logistics, parcels, or supply chain environmentsStrong experience working with large data sets and conducting in-depth analysis and investigationsAdvanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of data analysis techniquesProven experience using Power BI to build, maintain, and present dashboards and insightsA naturally curious and investigative mindset – comfortable challenging data and identifying root causesAbility to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights and recommendationsStrong attention to detail with a structured and results-driven approachConfident communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team What We Can Offer You:33 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays)Opportunities to grow and develop your career in a strong, stable business.Access to flexible perks including shopping vouchers, insurance, and healthcare.At Evri Premium, we know we only grow if our people do too.
