Operations & Studio Coordinator Full Time

We’re hiring an Operations & Studio Coordinator at Violante Nessi.

Violante Nessi is a London-based luxury Italian womenswear brand with a flagship store at Cadogan Place and an online partnership with Net-a-Porter.

This role supports the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring stock, orders, and systems are consistently organised and up to date.

We are looking for someone who is:

• highly organised and detail-oriented
• reliable and hands-on
• comfortable managing multiple moving parts

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility within a small, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels across the Cadogan Place store and Shopify, ensuring inventory is always up to date
• Organise and manage the stock room, keeping it structured and easy to navigate
• Track all incoming and outgoing stock, including deliveries from Italy and allocations to private clients and wholesale partners
• Coordinate and fulfil online orders, including international and domestic shipping, returns, and exchanges
• Prepare and manage shipments to wholesale partners including Net-a-Porter and Farfetch, ensuring compliance with their requirements
• Act as the day-to-day liaison with Barn Agency on Shopify, including product uploads, inventory updates, and order management
• Support private client orders by coordinating stock, packaging, and delivery
• Assist with basic operational reporting and administrative tasks in coordination with the founder
• Handle general errands and ensure the store and back-of-house operate in an organised and efficient manner

Profile

• 1–3 years’ experience in operations, retail, or admin
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive with a hands-on attitude
• Comfortable with Shopify or willing to learn
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
