We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team.Location: London (Require occasional visit in the region)Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday – FridayWhat You Will Be DoingOverseeing day-to-day catering operations across a portfolio of sites within your region to beginLeading, supporting, and developing on-site managers and teams to deliver outstanding serviceEnsuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, food hygiene, and brand standardsManaging financial performance including budget control, forecasting, and cost efficiencyBuilding strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionSupporting new site mobilisations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Our Ideal CandidateProven operational experience in catering management, preferably within contract cateringA strong understanding of P&L management, labour control, and compliance standardsInspirational leadership skills – able to motivate and manage remote teams effectivelyExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding food & serviceWhat’s in it for you?
