🚀 We’re hiring: Operations Lead – Cancer Support ServicesAt Reframe, we deliver high-quality, remote cancer support and screening services that have a real impact for patients and employers.We’re looking for an Operations Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of our Cancer Support & Screening services.This is a pivotal role at the heart of the service, ensuring patients are onboarded effectively, supported consistently, and able to engage with the care they need.👉 You’ll own:• Service delivery and performance• Patient onboarding and journey management• Team leadership (CSMs) and coordination of CNS delivery• Capacity, flow and utilisation in practice• Operational improvements and scalabilityYou’ll work closely with clinical, systems and product teams to ensure what we design is delivered effectively in practice.🔎 We’re looking for someone who:• Has strong experience in operations or service delivery leadership• Can manage complexity and drive performance• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment• Ideally has experience in healthcare, wellbeing or regulated services💡 Salary: £45–50k📍 Location: Hybrid – Basingstoke / home⏱ Contract: 6-month interim role with scope to extendIf you’re interested in shaping how a clinical service is delivered at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
