About Us
We are a growing construction company delivering high-quality residential projects, including renovations, extensions, and bespoke developments. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support day-to-day operations and help keep projects running smoothly.
The Role
This is a key support role working closely with the director and project team. You will help coordinate schedules, communicate with suppliers, and ensure that administrative and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and organising the director’s calendar
Chasing suppliers, subcontractors, and deliveries
Ordering materials and tracking purchase orders
Following up with team members to ensure tasks are completed
Updating project tracking tool Monday.com (Previous experience preferred)
Gathering and organising documents for building regulations, warranties, and handovers
General administrative and coordination support
What We’re Looking For
Highly organised and proactive
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident following up and chasing when needed
Good attention to detail
Comfortable using systems and learning new software
Previous admin / operations / construction experience is a bonus (but not essential)
Important
This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, follow things through, and help keep the business running efficiently.
