SupaJam is a music focused post-16 Specialist Provider, supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged 16 – 25 year olds across our five bases in Swanley, Canterbury, Brighton, Earls Court and Wandsworth.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to teach and support the growth of a SupaJam Wandsworth. This role would suit candidates with administrative experience and experience of working with young people with special educational needs (SEND). SupaJam Wandsworth opens its doors in September 2025 with 20 students and we’re set to grow to 85 over the next three years!
Our new Operations Assistant will be committed to SupaJam’s mission and ethos, have proven administrative and operational skills. We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with staff, students and external partners. A passion for creating supportive and inclusive enrivorments to help young people grow in confidence, creativity and independence is crucial.

All roles at SupaJam require DBS clearance and appropriate references and recruitment checks prior to joining which will be used to assess the candidate’s suitability to work with children and vulnerable young people. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, background and recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS clearance.
