Job Title: Operations and Brand Intern

Location:  Mistral House with occasional visits to UK Airports

Type: Full-time internship (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week)

Duration: 6 months, with potential to extend

Overview:

CSA is a privately owned brand management agency specialising in UK travel retail. Established in 1991, we act as an in-market partner to leading global beauty and fragrance brands, supporting their presence and performance across major UK airports including Heathrow and Gatwick.

Our work spans retail operations, staffing, training, reporting and on-the-ground brand execution, working closely with both brands and retailers to deliver results in a fast-paced, highly operational environment.

The role:

The purpose of the Operations and Brand Intern is to support the day-to-day running of the business. The role offers broad exposure across operations, reporting, training and brand activity, and would suit someone keen to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Main Duties and Accountabilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Support

• Supporting roster input and day-to-day schedule management across field teams
• Assisting with timesheet checks, reconciliation, and general administration
• Preparing, inputting, and maintaining data for monthly reporting and business analysis
• Supporting stock deliveries in and out, including ordering office and operational supplies
• Assisting with invoicing processes and payroll preparation
• Supporting airport ID pass applications and compliance documentation

Training & Development Support

• Helping organise training days, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation
• Supporting the creation, upload, and coordination of training content and resources

Brand & Marketing Support

• Assisting with social media activity and content planning across relevant platforms
• Contributing to the production and coordination of our quarterly brand magazine
• Supporting wider brand activation and in-market execution as required

Team & Administrative Support

• Taking accurate meeting notes and helping track follow-up actions
• Attending occasional airport visits to support operations and brand activity as required

Person Specification

Qualifications:

·      Educated to GCSE standard of English and Maths (or equivalent).

Relevant Experience:

• Previous internship, work experience, part-time role, or university project involving administration, operations, retail, marketing, or business support (preferred but not essential)
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous
• Interest in beauty, fragrance, retail, or brand management is desirable

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Proactive and dependable, with the flexibility to contribute across a range of activities in a collaborative, hands-on environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language)
