Role Operations & Admin Coordinator
Main Activities; Admin, sales, CRM, and bookkeeping
Type Voluntary — Part Time
Commitment Approximately 4 hours per week
Working pattern Flexible, remote working
Are you organised, personable, and commercially minded? Archimake needs someone to keep our operations running smoothly and help us convert interest into bookings — this is a role where your people skills matter just as much as your admin ability.
About Archimake
Archimake is a busy, growing architecture education and research organisation. We have parents and schools enquiring about our programmes every week, and we need someone who can respond to those enquiries warmly and professionally, manage our customer relationships, keep our records accurate, and support the financial administration that keeps the organisation running. This is a broad, varied role with real impact.
What You Will Be Doing
This role has three equally important dimensions. On the sales and customer side, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective parents and schools — responding promptly, building relationships, and helping to convert interest into bookings. You will manage and maintain Archimake’s CRM system, ensuring all contacts and communications are accurately tracked.
On the admin side, you will manage correspondence, maintain organisational records, support scheduling, and keep the day-to-day running of Archimake ticking over. On the financial administration side, you will maintain accurate income and expenditure records using FreeAgent and support our financial reporting.
We are looking for someone who
• Is warm, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders
• Has a commercial instinct and understands what it means to follow up and convert a lead
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Is comfortable working with numbers and financial records
• Can manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Is studying or recently graduated in business, administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
What You Will Gain
• Experience spanning sales, CRM, administration, and financial record-keeping in one role
• Direct exposure to how a growing education organisation acquires and retains customers
• Hands-on experience with FreeAgent accounting software
• A diverse and genuinely useful portfolio of practical skills
• A reference and endorsement from Archimake’s Founder & Director on completion
• Fully remote and flexible working
