OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking an experienced office Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, proactive attitude. Experience in the care sector would be a huge advantage.

Position Details

• Part-time
• Working Days: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• General office administrative tasks
• Assisting with recruitment paperwork and processes
• Maintaining and organising employment files
• Providing exceptional customer care and support
• Handling phone calls and enquiries with a professional and friendly attitude

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative role
• Preferably experience in the care industry
• Good IT skills and ability to operate common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Friendly and approachable with strong people skills
