Job title: Night Team SupervisorWorking hours: 17:00 – 01:00, Monday – FridayLocation: Maldon / hybridSalary: £38,000 to £44,000 pa (dependent on experience)24hr Aquaflow Services Ltd is a growing commercial drainage and plumbing company, part of REACT Group Ltd, that serves London and the South East. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Night Team Supervisor to oversee our overnight drainage and plumbing operations including planned maintenance, remedial works and reactive call-outs. The successful candidate will lead mobile teams, ensure works are completed efficiently and safely whilst maintaining high operational standards across all night activities.This role is suited to someone with strong leadership skills, a background in drainage or facilities management, and the ability to coordinate and manage remote mobile teams in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doingRemotely oversee multiple mobile night teams carrying out drainage maintenance, remedial works and reactive works across various locations in Central London and the South East.Coordinate and monitor overnight operations to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to client standards.Act as the main point of contact for the mobile engineers and clients throughout the shift.Manage shift planning, labour allocation, job progression, and attendance across all active night work.Monitor live job updated and respond to operational issues in real time.Provide support and decision-making assistance to teams.Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.Liaise with clients and internal management teams as required.Complete a night report at the end of the shift with operational updates and incidents.Coordinate emergency reactive call outs and redeployment of teams where necessary.Monitor vehicle and equipment use across the night operations.What we’re looking forPrevious supervisory experience within drainage, facilities management, or a similar industry.Knowledge of health and safety procedures.Ability to manage teams during night operations and work under pressure.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Experience coordinating works and emergency response.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00 PM to 01:00 AM.Whilst training for this role you will be required to work at our office address of Unit 10 Maldon Trade Park, The Causeway, Maldon, CM9 4LJ.
