We are currently hiring for multiple Multi-Skilled Automation Shift Engineer for an Automated DC position in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer:
Ø Achieve Production Targets: Ensure production targets are consistently met every shift.
Ø Manage Procedures and Prioritise Safety: Oversee operating procedures, always prioritising safety.
Ø Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular PPM maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
Ø Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Ø Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for ongoing process and performance enhancement.
Ø Repair Equipment and Automated Machinery: Maintain and repair equipment and automated systems to ensure smooth operations.
Ø Document and Report Issues: Accurately document and report any issues encountered during shifts.
Ø Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other teams and departments to achieve production goals through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant engineering experience [Minimum NVQ Level 3], equivalent or transferrable skills.

Shift Pattern: Shift/days and nights as follows:
5 on – (3 days 2 nights) 5 off
