Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Consultant based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, allowing for both office-based and work-from-home flexibility. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored mortgage advice to clients, processing mortgage applications, managing relationships with lenders, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing financial information, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a customer-first approach to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgages and related financial products
• Knowledge of Finance and Mortgage Lending, especially in advising clients and handling financial documentation
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and proactive communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance within the mortgage and financial sectors
• Relevant certifications such as CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) are preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and applications
