Mortgage Administrator – Home Working Full Time NEW

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full-Time experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

Our highly valued AR partner is a very busy and hugely successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their Admin support team with the addition of a further Mortgage Administrator.

The business are based in Southampton and service the London Market and New Build developers locally.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting the advisors in the firm, focusing on mortgage business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, introducers, lenders and providers.

We are specifically looking for a minimum of 3 years’ experience of Mortgage Administration within a Mortgage Brokerage.

Competitive base salary of between £28,000 – £30,000 DOE and negotiable

The role is Full Time only and is Monday to Friday (no weekends) – There is flex to working patterns should you require

Ideally, We Are Looking For Toolbox / PRIMIS Experience

Responsibilities

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
• Data entry of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 3 years mortgage administration experience within broking.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
• A team player with ability to use own initiative.
